Can the subscription cost be billed monthly or annually?

The subscription plan is billed on a monthly basis.

Is there a corporate package or enterprise-level pricing?

There are subscription discounts available for employers with a large number of lives covered. Contact a member of our sales team for more information.

What is the process for adding or removing employees from the subscription?

The CURA4U team will set-up a process with an employer’s HR representative to maintain an accurate employee list. This is usually done on a monthly basis.

What is the minimum commitment time?

There is no minimum commitment time. An employer can cancel anytime by sending us a cancellation request. The subscription benefits will continue until the next billing date, after which the subscription will end automatically.

Coverage and Services

What specific medical services are covered under the corporate subscription?

The subscription is for access to the affordable services that have been aggregated on one platform, CURA4U . These services will be paid by the employee as needed, and include services across the US, including over 4,000 lab sites and over 1,000 imaging centers. We currently have over 200 physicians of all major specialties including Neurology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and Sleep.

Can employees access specialists, mental health services, and wellness programs?

Yes, we currently have over 200 physicians of all major specialties including Neurology, Rheumatology, Cardiology, Nephrology, Dermatology, Pediatrics, Mental Health, and Sleep.

Are there any exclusions or limitations in the services provided?

No, there are no exclusions or limitations. There are some services, such as in home care or at home imaging, that are based on location, so there could be some geographic limitations for certain services.

Is the subscription transferable to other employees in the event an employee leaves the company?

No, the subscription is not transferable. However, you may cancel the outgoing employee’s subscription and obtain a new subscription for the new employee.

Employee Access

How do employees access their subscription services (e.g., unique login, employee ID)?

Employees will have a unique login (ID and password) that will be linked to the Employer’s account. CURA4U will provide reports to the Employer to ensure all Employees are active.

Are services available 24/7, including urgent care?

Urgent care is available from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST. Primary care and specialty physician appointments are scheduled and will be based on the schedules posted for each individual physician. Often, their schedules include nights and weekends.

How are employees onboarded to the service, and is there support available to help them get started?

Employees receive training materials to assist with getting started and there are videos available online. We do offer training sessions, either virtual or in-person, for large groups. Our call center is available for specific questions, as well.

Integration with Existing Benefits

How does the subscription integrate with the company’s existing health insurance plans?

CURA4U is not an insurance plan. We are a medical service aggregation platform providing low cost services for individuals with no insurance or with insurance plans that carry a high deductible. All services are pay-as-you-go; thus, no surprise bills.

Is there coordination with existing Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs)?

CURA4U is not affiliated with any EAPs; however, an employer/employee may wish to check with their existing EAP to see if services paid for on the platform could be applied to their EAP for reimbursement.

How is employee health data protected and kept confidential?

CURA4U has a live chat from 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST and a 24/7 call center at 1-888-360-0001.

Communication about the program and its benefits are critical. We encourage employers to utilize the online training materials that will help employees understand the value. We will provide marketing materials that communicate the benefits to employes.

For larger groups, we would be happy to participate in company programs, such as Health and Wellness Days, and any other HR-specific events.
