This is a cash only service, and insurance cannot be used to subscribe to it.
Yes, you can cancel at any time from the My Subscriptions section.
I will be travelling for 2 months. Can I unsubscribe or pause my subscription for 2 months?
You may not pause your subscription. However, you can unsubscribe and re-subscribe once you return.
If I unsubscribe, will I lose my order history and medical record from my account?
No, your order history and medical record is saved and tagged to your account. Unsubscribing will not cancel your account. You may still access your record and use services, but at original prices.
Can I subscribe for one of my family members?
Yes. You can subscribe for your family member from the My Subscriptions section and save. The cost for adding family members is $6.99 per month, per person.
