4K Prostate Score Plasma
About Test
The 4K Prostate Score Plasma test is a blood test used to assess a man's risk of prostate cancer. The test measures specific prostate-specific antigen (PSA) markers (Total PSA, Free PSA) in the blood, and the results are combined into a single score that can indicate the likelihood of prostate cancer. A high 4K Prostate Score result may indicate a higher risk of prostate cancer and may prompt further testing, such as a prostate biopsy, to confirm the diagnosis. The 4K Prostate Score test is not a diagnostic test for prostate cancer and should not be used as the sole means of diagnosis. It is recommended to discuss the test and its results with a healthcare provider.
