This panel tests for HIV (I & II), Hepatitis C, Herpes Simplex Type II, Syphilis, Chlamydia, Gonorrhea, and Trichomoniasis. This kit enables you to test safely from the privacy of your own home. Free telemedicine and treatment (as determined medically appropriate) is available for those that test positive for chlamydia, gonorrhea, trich and herpes.
